Tap at source. Nice clean bubbly feel right from the start. Fun easy reddish clear beer. Yummy sizzling cutting sensations. Much better than expected. These guys really know how to do a sour wild beer.No hint of any rude alky characteristics, so nice. Thanks Inny.

Bottle. Pours a really bright pink color. A small white head. A big sour funky nose. Wonder what gives this it’s color. Could it be the salt? Anyway, salty, sour cherry notes. fresh hay, sawdust, some really funky dusty elements. Pretty smooth. Tons of flavor.

Red/pink, hazy, no head classic all lacto head retention. Aroma is nice, lacto, coriander is light, lime juice and pineapple. Whoa, lots of vinegar here. Maybe my mouth pucker up a bit. Crispy, hay and grass and the finish is just vinegar and sea salt. Leaves me wanting to drink more since the beer just seems to take away any quenching properties.

Draft - Tart, almost stone fruit, funk. Cloudy orange. Sweet hibiscus and tartness. Solid beer.

Draft at the source. Cloudy pink grapefruit color. Nice aroma of earthy flowers. The flowers balance the earthiness a bit. Nice summer beer.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy pink with no head. The aroma is strong hibiscus, salt, floral. Thin body, salt, wheat, hibiscus, nice tartness, very good.
