Cask at EBF Nov 25. Darkest brown. A tad opaque. Foamy beige head. Aroma has spice with mocha and a bitter almost charcoal element. Initial bitter coffee followed by herbs and berries. Light-medium bodied. Slick to creamy. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Yes, there is certainly a mince pie element but this struggles against the bitter coffee. Alright.
