Can from Steve. Opaque dark brown with quickly-fading fizzy head, light sparkle, light viscosity, no lacing. Aroma is strong vanilla over whiskey over coffee. Taste is strong coffee, fruity whiskey and vanilla all in good balance. Smooth, velvety, thick texture, full bodied, soft carbonation, alcohol (not harsh/astringent but noticeable), finish as taste. Good strength with exceptional balance in taste, wonderful texture. VERY nice introduction to the brewer and a great treat after filing taxes!!!

Bourbon, caramel and plenty of dark chocolate. Pours oily black without much head or lacing. Bittersweet finish with plenty of bourbon. Snally.
