Beer created according to the ideals of Belgian brewmaster Pierre Celis who over half a century ago revived the ancient Flemish beer style of wheat beer called witbier (white beer) in Dutch. Our special gruit (i.e. generally saying a mix of minor ingredients that constitute to flavour like herb, spices, etc.) besides the traditional recipe incorporates some local ingredients too. This is our tribute to Celis and Vietnam's riches in nature within a single brew. It is light, smooth, easy, still rich in gentle flavours ofnatural origin coming from the gruit, the wheat, the Belgian yeast. It fits as a light daytime drink on a relaxed afternoon or can be enjoyed in an evening session of bigger quantity. It is a favourite of ladies, too. It matches with seafood and desserts the best due to its light character. The naturally hazy with clouds of yeast (which offers a visual pleasure together with the creamy head) and the sediment of the same yeast are rich in vitamins, especially B vitamins and essential minerals like Zn, these provide benefits for skin, hair and nail health.

Blanch'ke is the affectionate nickname of witbier in East Flanders. It comes from the French word for white (fm.) with the cute "-ke" part added, that is a diminutive ending in Flemish dialects of the Dutch language. A wonderful example of Belgian culture, a Lowlands phrase with a touch of Francophony. Cheerske:)
