Sour Ale Aged On Peaches
Drinking this medium-bodied beer is like biting into a juicy, yet tart, peach. Farm to Face is brewed as a pale ale and then fermented for ten months in stainless tanks with house yeast. After primary fermentation, Pediococcus, Lactobacillus, and a whole lot of peaches are added. Aromas of green apple and graham cracker accompany a lingering peachy finish.

Bottle shared at level 42. It pours clear pale golden - orange with a medium white head. The aroma is quite soft, sweet, funky, barnyard, tangy, peachy, apricot, persimmon and a touch of vanilla. The taste is crisp, clean, tart, bright acidity, crazy sour, peach, apricot, green apple skin, grape skin and wood with a firmly dry finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Bright and xour. Good palate cleanser action. Tasty.

Sampled from bottle thanks to kermis. Hazy yellow color, almost like there’s (Dutch) "vruchtvlees" in there, but without the particles. Sourish, hayish and yellow fruit aroma. Taste is sourish, unripe berries, hayish. Nothing mind blowing I’d say, but decent for sure.
