Born in the USA, Cascade hops are widely regarded as the starting point of the modern, hop forward beer industry and they’re still as popular as ever today. We’re using Cascade as the only hop in this beer and we’ve tried to keep the citrus components in the background whilst accentuating the less celebrated, more subtle stone fruit flavours.
