A wild farmhouse blend, composed of three different years of oak barrel and oak tank matured Petit Desay batches. This presents expressive fruit character from the fermentation, a restrained acidity, and balancing oak and funk character.

Tap@ CBC 2016. Amber color, thick white head. Sour, funky, peachy aroma. Flavor has funk, tartness, peaches. Balanced.

Keg at cbc16... Amber... Thin white lacing... Soft sweet floral orange zezty fruits.. Light Brett dry nose.. Soft Tart fruit lught dry bitter fruit

Draught @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. Hazy deep amber liquid with medium white head. Aroma of lemon, grain, barnyard, apples and funk. Taste is dry and medium to high sour with notes of lemon and grain. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Awesome.

CBC. Cloudy orange with a lasting white head. Fruity and funky aroma with notes of peach, malt and light spices. Dry and tart flavour with lots of fruit. Very pleasant
