Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is fruity with apricot, nectarine, passion fruit, pineapple and lemon. Light grain and medium light oak notes. Hints of earthy funk. Pours a somewhat clear, golden orange to copper color with a large, thick, pillowy, slightly off white head that recedes quickly to a thin film that lingers on the edges. Faint lacing and legs. Flavor has a medium light acidity; super light compared to de Garde beers from a couple years ago. Light sweetness and grain notes. Medium light oak notes with a bit of an earthy, musty funk. Light white wine notes with some green grapes, but mostly stone fruit and tropical fruit. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium high to high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really nice beer. Great fruit notes and the acidity is not too strong.

Bottle shared in Maine - ta to abd. Pours clear orange-gold with a small, fading white fizz on top. The nose has some oak and lemon, a bit of old funk, old orange peel. Light sweet flavour with moderate acidity, some saltiness, woody dryness, a little grass. Light to medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. Pretty tidy finish, some further acidic bite, lemon, more drying wood, oak, a little grassy bitterness, nectarine. Very nice.
