Capped and corked 750 shared by Marcus. Pours brassy gold with a creamy/foamy white head. Aroma is earthy, woody, fruity - which might include white berry. Med body or so. Carbonation is a bit fizzy. Flavor matches aroma. Slightly acidic; slightly astringent; dry. A bit earthy. Good stuff.

On tap at De Garde, pours an opaque cloudy orange with a medium white head. Aroma brings out lots of farmhouse yeast upfront, with lots of wood, earthy notes and oak. Flavour is deep and complex, with many layers, including earthy notes, wood, funky yeast and horse blanket. Very musty and dry, with good complexity. Lovely stuff.

On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. A cloudy orangeish looking one with a small sidesticking white head. Doesn't smell too sour, but it has this mild and gentle sour apricots fruitiness. Quite a nice aroma, not too brutal. Tastes really balanced also. Soft oily in the mouth and below average on them bubbles. Woody, slightly mouthdrying. Some grapes, fruity nectarines. Really lightdrinkable, fruity and definitely tasty. 14.05.2016

(Sample @ CBC 2016 Green Session, Copenhagen) Pours pale orange with a white head. Aroma of punchy tart pit fruits, lemony lactic brightness, solid malty core, several layers of funk and oak, slightly tart overall. Flavour has a solid sweet malt body that helps elevate the stone fruit flavours over the tart orange and lemon notes, herbal, oaky, a bit of barnyard. Good balance, not very acidic, dry finish with lots of lingering fruit. Medium bodied. Pretty impressive stuff.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy copper with small off white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is strong oak, earth, mineral, grape, funk. Thin body, acidic, oak, grape, funk, nice sourness, very good.
