Bottled, from Systembolaget. Black with small beige head. Aroma of milk chocolate powder, vanilla and hazelnuts. Very sweet with full body and soft mouthfeel. Milk chocolate powder dominates. Some tar in a bitter finish. Much too like Baileys or instant milk chocolate drinks. Struggling to finish it.

Bottle. Opaque black liquid with small to medium tan head. Aroma of chocolate, nuts, vanilla, coffee, licorice and raw sugar. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with notes of vanilla, raw sugar, chocolate, coffee and vanilla. Full bodied with medium carbonation. Solid adjunct IS.

Flaska från SB. Kolsvart med högt mörkbeige skum. Stor doft med mycket rostad malt, nötcremé, chokladfudge, mjölkchoklad. Stor kropp, stora smaker, lätt bränd ganska kärv med ändå måttlig beska. Stor IS med fin ganska subtil hasselnötstvist. Mycket gott.

Draft sample @ TCBW ’16. Noire, col crémeux café au lait. Arôme est fort centré sur un profil de fruits à coque; noisette écrasées, le tout est très frais sur un rétro présentant pas mal de composantes houblonnées. Palais est malté avec encore un côté noisette fort bien réussi, nettement au-delà de la Walnut Porter de Pohjala. Note malt cara et pâle, fini est sec avec une sensation de farineux en fin de bouche.

Tap at TCBW. Pours dark brown with brownish head. Aroma is roast, malt, peanut butter. Flavor is sweet and bitter, roast, malt, dark chocolate, peanut butter. Finish is roast bitter. Overall: very nice.

Draught @ TCBW 2016. Pours pitch black with a small bubbly brown head. Aroma of nuts, coconut, cocoa, Nutella, roastiness, peanut butter and chocolate. Taste is smooth, slightly roasty and sweetish with loads of nutty notes, coconut, cocoa, vanilla, chocolate, hints of Nutella and peanut butter. Finish is smooth, biscuity, roasty and heavy with nutty notes. Quite tasty.
