Clear golden coloured body with a very thin, half centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of light wheat, a touch of coriander seed and perhaps a touch of sour funk, but that is fairly mild. Light-bodied; Very mild malty flavours with some cardboard and a good deal of bitterness, but from odd malts and nothing exciting. Aftertaste shows absolutely no complexity, no sour funky flavours and no coriander seed or anything fresh - just a stale malt character and a touch of bitterness. Overall, a pretty poor gose and beer overall with nothing too complex nor exciting and nothing worthwhile to sample or search out. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from The Perfect Pour in Elk Ridge, Maryland on 19-February-2016 for US$2,29 sampled at home in Washington on 21-November-2016.

10oz goblet pour at Yard House Springfield. Poured a clear light golden yellow color with a small white head that turns really wispy, pretty quickly. Aroma was light lemon, very mild sea salt. Flavor was light lemon notes, not too tart. Wife didn’t like it all that much unfortunately.

Can. Lemon, coriander, salt, biscuit malt, and straw aroma. Hazy golden yellow with nice head. Moderately sweet orange/lemon, biscuit malt, light salt, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Good body. Tasty.

Cloudy blond color. The aroma has some cereal and crackery malt component; the flavor is too salty, a bit stale, not very good.

Dull amber, no head. Dusty, yeasty, bit stank. Pedio? Or just hockey bag? Salty, touch tart. Thin. Not much going on, not enough to overcome the funkiness.

12 oz. can, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is soft, with pillowy wheat, light salt, and coriander. Flavour is similar, with equal parts coriander, citrus, salt, and a touch of lacto. Weak and bland, but nothing offensive. Decent.

On tap at Red Cow North Loop. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of straw and earthy wheat with a tart fruit note supporting. Flavor is similar with earthy wheat and tart fruits and a musty straw note underlying.

$2 can, smells like basic lager. Looks like pale lager. Served at 60 degrees. Taste is quite acceptable. Mild and easy to get along with. Decent co2. Not bad. Probably could be better without the coriander. A little dishwater soap on the finish.

Keg at Yard House, Houston. It pours hazy golden with a medium white head. The aroma is sweet, lemon curd, sea salt, minerals, barnyard and touchy of yoghurt. The taste is crisp, tart, rather salty, salted popcorn, lemon peel, lactic aspect, cracker, lime and straw with a bone - dry finish. Light - medium body and moderate carbonation. No nonsense salty gose. Dry and pretty moreish.
