Can. Hazy amber beer with a cream head. Tart and light lemon aroma. Wheat and light tart flavor. Medium bodied. Wheat and light malt linger with light tartness.

Pours a pale straw color with a medium fluffy white head that recedes gradually. Small patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with a mildly tart and salty citrus character, with some grassy wheat and doughy malt in the background. The finish is fruity with a grapefruit aftertaste. Decent overall.

Can. Lager pale pour with a bit of haze and little head. Aromas are of sweat and leather (?!) with a touch of acid. Flavor is sweat and sweaty. Meh. Not good. I have had some good goses. This doesn’t qualify.

Can from Corti Brothers. Pours gold with a white head. Aroma is actually salty. With some veg/herb accompaniment. Med minus body. Flavor is salty. There’s some earthiness, and something like melon rind. Too salty? Anyway salt is the main thing in the finish.

Best by date of 08/11/16.
This was poured into a stange.
The appearance was a ruddy burnt yellow color with a decent transparency about it. Fast rising carbonation hits a quickly dissipating white foamy / bubbly head. No lacing.
The smell had sticky sour wheat blazing over some lemon rind bitterness. Coriander is barely there. But I’m not worried as I think Uinta just wanted it in there as an extra.
The flavor takes on the same as the aroma follows mostly through on into the aftertaste with a bit more salt showing up there. Semi-dry finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. Carbonation hits nice and low on my tongue allowing sour to bitterness gripping my tongue appropriately.
Overall, it’s a good gose but I’d probably enjoy more if it wasn’t 40 degrees outside. Kinda wishing more brewers would produce this style more in the Summer.

4 oz pour on draft at Spacebar. In the presence of a drunken KBS’d DCLawyer. Mostly clear straw golden yellow with off-white head. Aromas of lemon, salt, citrus. Tastes of lemon, salt, vitamins, light herbs. Medium-light body with a dry finish. Liked it.

12oz can. Really nails is, especially for being in a regular priced sixpack. Not overly sour, some mild lacto tones. Creamy, thick mouthfeel works really well. Unfiltered yellow-tan body. Steady glass rimming white head. A little bit of that cheesy, footy funk, faint herbal touches. Solid offering.

Can. Light golden yellow color with a thin wispy white head. Aroma of wheat, brine... To be honest it’s a little putrid. Briney taste and a little malty sweet. No notice of the coriander. Faintly floral. Just OK.

Can. Pours hazy pale golden, small white head, dissipates fairly quickly, decent lacing. Aroma is light, wheat, sea air, coriander, floral notes. Flavor is light tart, dusty and wheaty, grain and coriander, lemon and light salt. Light body. Decent enough as a gose.

Can - Sweet light citrus and a touch of soap. Cloudy yellow gold with a decent white head. Light fermented corn. The nose is right, but the taste seems to be way off. More like a malt liquor.
