Saison en Regalia is the evolution of our Sacred Creed Saison. Looking to enhance the naturaly forming fruit flavors from our house saison yeast we decided to toss plentiful amounts of Peaches and Apricots into our Sacred Creed Saison and thus Saison en Regalia was born. This addition balances wonderfully with the dry and spicy back bone of saison making a exciting fruit beer. p.

On tap at Bittercreek lightly foggy pale straw color. Fine wispy white head and lacing . Soft wheaty and farmhouse yeast Spock was. Mellow and smooth. Soft carbonation and a little floral hop bitterness.

On draft at the brewery tasting room. Pours a hazy gold with an off white head. Aromas of peach. Flavors are moderately sweet and fruity. Nice.

On tap pours out hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is spice light wet wheat and pepper. Taste is more of the wet wheat grassy notes and spice.
