Draft at the source. Clear pale gold, white head. Belgian yeast, funk, peach notes.

On tap at Bittercreek lightly foggy pale straw color. Fine wispy white head and lacing . Soft wheaty and farmhouse yeast Spock was. Mellow and smooth. Soft carbonation and a little floral hop bitterness.

On draft at the brewery tasting room. Pours a hazy gold with an off white head. Aromas of peach. Flavors are moderately sweet and fruity. Nice.

On draft at the brewpub. Pours a cloudy gold with a thick white head. Slight fruity nose. Flavor is saison-like and tasted a bit infected. Possibly a bad tap line?

On tap pours out hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is spice light wet wheat and pepper. Taste is more of the wet wheat grassy notes and spice.

Sample at Savor 2016. Hazy golden yellow color, white head. Aroma of lightly funky tropical fruit. Taste is stone fruit. OK.
