On tap at Great Raft, pours a cloudy bright golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma sure brings out that funky brett, with a tropical fruit character, citrus and biscuity malt. Flavour is funky and fruity, with intense brett, citrusy earthy hops, and tropical stone fruits. The bitterness is a bit overly sharp and not combined with the brett all that harmoniously. But it still works to some extent.

Bottle. Orange, lime, yeast, biscuit malt, and dry hay aroma. Cloudy pale yellow with small head. Lightly sweet citrus, biscuit malt, and moderately bitter grass flavor. Nice body. Finally - a Louisiana rate not from Abita or Dixie!.

On tap at the Modern Times Festival of Funk. It pours a hazy orange color with a small, bubbly head. The aroma has some melon, a little citrus and bread. Grassy. The flavor is pretty much the same with some honeydew melon, mild tartness and some flowers in the finish. A little on the sweet side with a creamy mouth feel. Good.
