The first time this beer was brewed on a large scale, we had trouble keeping enough in the tank to even be able to sell, that’s because our production team thought it was so good we didn’t want to share it! The addition of loads of raspberry post fermentation make this beer burst with fruity, tart, raspberry goodness. With just enough body and “beer” character to support the large amounts of fruit, this beer is a summer favourite and an instant crowd pleaser. Try pairing it with vanilla cake, lemon tarts or light spinach and nut based salads. Best served in a Tulip glass.
