Welcome to the future. Our collective human consciousness, or Ghost in the Machine, has gained a tolerance for hops beyond what mankind has ever known before.

This Double India Pale Ale is the necessary outcome.

Brewed with obscene quantities of hand-selected Citra hops from our favorite farm in Yakima Valley, WA. Expect pungent grapefruit aromas and flavors, tropical fruit, and less harsh bitterness than most IIPAs.

12oz bottle via trade, thanks Arturo. no BB.

Bottle shared at Lucky Bamboo. Pours a hazy, glowing gold with a full finger of white, creamy foam that lingers, Pungent white grapefruit pith, mango and peach with some pineapple as it warms. Some dank notes comes out as it warms a bit. Palate is quite juicy with more mango, peach, apricot and nectarine. Some pithy bitterness and mild pine on the finish. --- Beer merged from original tick of Ghost In The Machine on 20 Apr 2019 at 08:50 - Score: 8

From tap at Bayou Beer Garden, New Orleans. Juicy hoppy aroma with loads of tropical fruits, pineapple, mango, passion fruit, orange, citrus peel, pine, dank oniony notes. Bit sweet flavour with a bitter finish. Body is medium. Good tropical juice IIPA, bit dank, above average bitterness. Excellent.

Bottle poured into a snifter showing hazy lemon yellow with sparse white foam lacing. The nose shows clean notes of pineapple. The palate medium bodied and well carbonated. Juicy pineapple forwardness transitioning into sharp pine resin on the mid-palate followed a by a moderately strong IPA bitterness on the finish. Not bad!

Bottleshare at Matteo’s. Big thanks to Leighton. Very hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, semi dry and has decent carbonation. Smooth soft malts, sweetish. Mellow tangy fruits and mild pine. Good hop spice. Little citric peel. Light finish. Bitter spicy linger. Tasty if a little recessed.
