Brewed with obscene quantities of hand-selected Citra hops from our favorite farm in Yakima Valley, WA. Expect pungent grapefruit aromas and flavors, tropical fruit, and less harsh bitterness than most IIPAs.

Aromas are a nice blend of resin, citrus, dry grain, tree bark and some malt. Flavors are similar to nose and lean just slightly sweet. Nothing new or special but very drinkable. Nice beer.

A hazy golden beer with a white head. Aroma of ripe stone fruits, strong apricot, grapefruit. Taste of strong stone fruits, ripe apricot, peach, some grapefruit, strong hops.

(Can, 0.473l - a sample, at Pien Shop, 20221215) The beer poured pale amber and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had tart fruits, stone fruits and spiciness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were tart fruits, watermelon, kiwi, spiciness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and bitter. A tasty hoppy brew with nice tart notes and good bitter finish.

A 12 oz bottle purchased at a Total Wine somewhere in the recent past. Parish is a good brewery, I hope this beer continues with that estimation. My New Belgium globe glass is ready and I make a pour. An opaque, orange-yellow liquid completed by a skinny, fully white skim of foam. I smell juice, some tropical fruit and just a bare hint of hops. A drink now and I take a step back, not bad. Orange peel, grapefruit, melon, pine, varnish and plenty of hops for a hazy IPA. To me it is more bitter than sweet but I call it all good. Parish delivers again.

Can picked up at Kihoskh and drunk at home (05/11/2023) - Loads of overripe Stonefruit with gooey mango flesh, papaya, juicy nectarine and peach, bed of sweet creamy malts backing this up, hop spice bite and citrus rind bitterness, big punchy hoppy close. Lovely.

473ml can. Murky, orange golden colour with average, thick, dense, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Juicy, tropical fruity, slightly perfumed, floral, hoppy aroma, notes of mango, orange, mandarine, hints of petals, wheaty and oaty malty background. Taste is bitter, grassy and tropical fruity hoppy, slightly alcoholic, wheaty and oaty malty basis with low residual sweetness, alcoholic, hints of mango, mandarine, orange, soapy overtones. Creamy texture, super soft, smooth, velvety palate, fine, dense, soft, creamy carbonation. Nice secondary qualities (appearance, mothfeel), some off-flavours, rather alcoholic - not fully convincing.

Pint can from Festival Northland, 10/2/23. Murky orange, medium off-white head. average retention. Aroma of tangerine, curry, grapefruit, apricot. Taste is melon, passionfruit, tangerine, Meyer lemon. Mild to moderate bitterness. Solid.

Creamy white head on thick vivid golden coloured body. Juicy aroma of mango citrus & cereal. Medium to full bodied, smooth creamy soft & clean. Mango, pineapple, citrus & exotic fruit tastes with a hopped up dank finish. Such a well balanced beer - Excellent.
