Welcome to the future. Our collective human consciousness, or Ghost in the Machine, has gained a tolerance for hops beyond what mankind has ever known before.

This Double India Pale Ale is the necessary outcome.

Brewed with obscene quantities of hand-selected Citra hops from our favorite farm in Yakima Valley, WA. Expect pungent grapefruit aromas and flavors, tropical fruit, and less harsh bitterness than most IIPAs.

473ml can. Opaque yellow, white head. Aroma of pineapple, grapefruit, orange. Taste is very hoppy, tropical, pineapple, orange and grapefruit, melon, peach, pine, pithy citrus remains dominant throughout though. Great DIPA, intensely hoppy.

Super hazy yellow gold. Big bold nose, full of tropical fruits, pine resin, grapefruit rind. I like how the soft biscuity malt flavors and pillowy body help support the bright hop flavors, so that it drinks more like a beer and less like the hop-water so often found with the hazies. There's even a detectable bitterness here, it shows up in the long part of the aftertaste. Nice heavy lacing in the glass. Hop flavors tend resinous and peppery, with a little grapefruit rind still. One of the better hazies I've had and that's only because it more closely resembles a traditional IPA.
