[ As 7venth Sun Biere de Pommes ].Clear light to medium yellow color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, apple. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, saison yeast, fruiy - crispy fruity. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20160513]

On tap at CBC2016, Yellow session. A clear golden body, dissipating white head, dotted spots on the glass. Tart and dry apple skins on the nose. Taste of mid-tart apples added by a touch of citrus and brett towards the ending. Fine bodied. Refreshing, half-dry (Copenhagen 13.05.2016).
