Sample at the taproom. Cloudy dark yellow color with a medium thick frothy white head that diminishes gradually to a film. Strings of lace. Aroma of herbal hops, citrus and malt. Medium body with flavors of herbal hops, pithy grapefruit and biscuit malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a lingering citrusy hop aftertaste. Pretty good all around.
