20/9/2025. Bottle courtesy of Nell’s holiday in PH. Nice hoppy, dank, tropical, weedy, herbal aroma. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness and body. Average carbonation. Nicely done and best of the Enkanto’s Nell brought home.

330ml bottle pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice sweet caramel malts citrus and pineapple. Taste is more of the nice citrus pineapple hops and a big malt backbone.

Bottle. Golden, almost clear, good white foam. Aroma: sweet, mango, orange, a little nectar, pineapple. Taste: citrus, mango, something else exotic, a little pine, good.

Tap at Craft Station Makati Riverside. Poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is grainy malt, citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a smooth, rich, malt, dank, juicy tropical citrus, light floral, woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation. --- Beer merged from original tick of Double IPA on 28 Mar 2018 at 15:08 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7. Original review text: Tap at Polilya, Poblacion, Makati. Poured a hazy, almost milky orange straw colour with a frothy white head and some broken lace. The aroma is malt, tropical citrus fruit, yeast, some alcohol, floral hop. The flavour is moderate sweet light bitter with a fresh, malt, big fruity, dry light woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. More fruity and better than the regular IPA but still has some of the soapy floral notes that don’t do this beer any flavours.

@ rooftop bar at the Raffles. Hazy, thin head. Some of the hops are a bit stale, but there’s also some orangey stuff, too. Moderate bitterness, lots of orange. A bit too stale, in terms of old c hops, or beer storage.
