Fantome is a twelve-stage lager hopped with three varieties of hops to achieve a high but pleasant sweetness and a complex hop aroma

This is given by the combination of Czech hops Saaz Special and Sládek. In order to let the hops really stand out in this beer, we brew Fantome with only one type of malt - Czech pale, which in combination with the traditional production process gives the beer a full bready body which perfectly complements its intense hop character
