Bottle at Black Christmas 2018
Cloudy blond colour. Aggressive acidity covering the stone fruit character. Astringent and puckery finish.
Good, but nothing classy.

Deep amber slightly hazy color. The nose is deep, strawberry rhubarb, noble rot grape, horse blanket and leather. Fucking amazing. Mouth mildly tart, strawberry rhubarb and leather. Carbonation is a bit too low. Finishes quickly. Horse blanket and rhubarb linger

Thanks TimE for the bottle! Poured into a tumbler showing medium amber with sparse white foam. The nose shows light notes of ripe round peach and apricot. The palate is light bodied and lightly carbonated. Mildly tart with moderately intense flavors of ripe peach.

On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. This one has a soft blurry golden colored body with a nice medium sized slowly fading and quite lacing off-white head on the top. Lovely nose. A rush of apricot fruitiness, peaches also. A bit sweet on the nose - in the best possible way. It has a mild oily texture in the mouth and it's about average on the carbonation. Again, it has this mild sweet melon nectar sweetness in the taste also. A hint of some gooseberries and a little sour apricots. Quite nice and really easy drinkable. 13.05.2016

(On tap @ CBC 2016 Blue Session) Pours clear medium orange with a small white head. Aroma of dried hay and Brett stable notes, rustic grain, cut flowers, sweet malt, light citric acidity, some orange and peach, light woody quality. Flavour is lightly acidic and with a moderate malt core, subtly sweet and with a grainy quality, lemon zest, flowers, hay, herbal hops, old wood, light to moderate funk. Finish is moderately bitter, oaky, crushed grain, grass, lightly citrus tartness. Medium bodied, average carbonation. Nice stuff, I rarely like such a grainy vibe but it worked well here, very rustic feel overall.
