750mL bottle, pours a hazy copper golden with a tiny white bubbly head. Aroma is quite light, with notes of dry blue cheese, farmhouse funk and light tartness. Flavour brings out loads of blue cheese upfront, followed by citric tartness and light funk. Dominated by the blue cheese. Fucked up. Not good - clearly something wrong here.

BIG THANKS to douglass88 for this! A big bomber of tart wild ale, what else can be said? This is soooooooo goooooood. Leet me tell you, if this is a saison, I LOVE SAISON! But, it’s really a terribly wild ale. This is a good example of what wild beer is all about. To say this is saison is like calling ol’ Rodenbach a lager, heheh. Yes, sooooo gah gah GAH GAHAGAH gooooood! If this is a saison, it’s gottah be one of the best saisons I’ve had to date. Now, even if I rated this as a wild or sour ale I would give it a top rating. Yes, so tart, it makes me think they brewed it as a saison but it got infected, in a good kind of way YEAH! Oh my, what a session, so much fun and so little beer, only a bomber? WAH? I’m tellen yah, this beer is good but remember, I love wild ales! Douglass, I’ll move to Tillamook just so I can have this ALL THE TIME!

750 ml bottle. Pours a clear orange hue with a small white head after it dies down, very appealing. A big sour woody fruity nose. The flavor is sharp sourness, funky, deep sourness hinted at like the best lambics have. Fresh zesty lemon and berries. Solid brew.

Bottle @ Steve_0 during my 10k tick fest. Murky, dull golden appearance with a thin head. The aroma is a bit cheesy and funky, lots of lemon, lime, slight stone fruit in the nose. More tart than the other Desay blends. This one is better than them as well. Lots of guava, tropical fruit, lemon, oak in the flavor. One of the best De Gardes I’ve had.
