Almaty was the former capital of Kazakhstan, that's why we choose this specific name for our craft cider. Our delicious sparkling cider is produced from a carefully selected blend of Kazakh apples, including the Malus Siversii wild apple. Native to Kazakhstan, Siversii is the first apple, from which all the other apple varieties around the world are descended.
Slightly sweet with refreshing acidity, this sparkling cider has a bright, clean finish. It compliments all types of food, but pairs especially well with Asian cuisine as well as cheese.
