Aged hops for this Arctic Wild Ale were gathered in Lapland, more precisely from the Loue hop test fields. On the nose, you’ll find peach- driven stone fruit, lifted by firm bitterness. The palate follows with ripe peaches, subtle bitterness, and dry hay—balancing floral brightness and earthy funk, and finishing with a gentle, refined sweetness.

Bottle pour at SalamaNation, pours a clear golden, no head. Aroma has plenty of bugs, light spices, and dry oak. Flavour has plenty of dry stone fruits, gentle bugs, oak, and some leather. Nice stone fruit depth despite how dry it is. Good.

Funky, tart and sourish with some herbal and farmyardy vibes, hints of peachy oakiness and earthiness. Complex and funky

Sour and a bit tart, fruity, woody. Stone fruit, herbals, smooth, medium acidity. Very nice.
