30/10/2025. Cask at Norwich Beer Festival (Castle Social). Beers from the wood. 6 weeks. Good pour. Aroma is mildly woody, musty, mulled spices, ginger, citrus. Medium sweet, light woodiness, mild toasted bitterness. Moderate body, smooth, soft carbonation. Nicely enhanced by the time in the wood.
