Meet Sordid Details. We use this farmhouse style Saison to try out different hop varieties and combinations. The Belgian and wild yeast gives it a fantastic balance of fruit and spice. Then we add a rotating selection of hops to accentuate those flavors. Which hops? We aren’t telling. That’s our dirty little secret. Cheers!
