Pilsner
Time. Its story is often lost in the depiction of its result. Basking in the rays of the sun, the clock casts a new shadow and ushers in refreshing new life. What was once here has cured, transformed and grown fuller. And the story of its emergence is paved with untold patience. The Pilsner is the almighty gift of time. Never filtered, the presence of hops provide an aroma suggestive of wildflower, honey and lemon. Keep your palate clean, revel in your beverage.

At first there was a definite whiff of cabbage, short-lived, but unpleasant. On the other hand, flavor has some pleasant floral qualities that come and go against a modest bitter background.

Pour is a hazy golden with a large white head. Aroma is doughy malt with some wildflower honey. Flavor is a nice dry pils malt and again I am getting some honey. Just a little hop bitterness before the swallow. Nothing remarkable but it is a decent malty pils some some honey notes.

Bottleshare: pours gold with a white head. Aroma is grainy and sugary with bits of grass. Taste is sweet with light hoppiness. Very smooth. Nice bread. Plenty of lemony notes.

Can from Milk and Hops. Clear golden pour, fizzy white head. Nice, crisp grassy hop and crackery malt. A clean sweetness flows really nicely into a lengthy, dry, clean close. A bit of peppery spice comes through on the end palate as well. Refreshing and crisp. Very solid.

Sample at the taproom. Clear pale golden color with a thin white head that burns away steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing. Grassy hops, fruit and malt in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of spicy hops, fruit and doughy malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a grassy hop aftertaste. Decent overall.
