750ml bottle thanks to Darrel. Pours out a light golden topped with a small fizzy white head. Nose is big white grapes barrel notes and some white vinegar. Nose is nice white grapes oak sour tartness.

Bottle. Light hazy light amber liquid with medium white head. Aroma of lemon peel, grain, wood, grapes, mineral and light grain. Taste is dry and medium sour with notes of lemon, apple skin, light grain, wood and white wine. Medium bodied with medium to high carbonation. Great stuff.

Bouteille 750ml au Québec Ratebeer Gathering. Couleur dorée translucide, mousse blanche. Arôme de vin blanc, acide, malt, côté un peu poubelle. Goût de raisin, acidité très élevée, légèrement vineux. Carbonatation moyenne, corps moyen.

A hazed blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light coriander, curacao, very nice lactic acid and cork, very nice. In mouth, a nice tart yet sweet fruity malt with loads of citrusy notes, lemon juice, very nice. Bottle at ratebeer Quebec gathering 2016.

Keg at RB Best, 31/01/16. Murky orange topped with a moderate off white swirl. Nose is pissy citric shreds, grape must, damp straw, funk. Taste comprises sharp apricot flesh, white grape tang, lemon rind, funk, straw, grain, wood must. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, rising acidic bite in the close. Solid sour.
