Green Knuckle is our new annual series of single-variety wet hop beers, each brewed to showcase a farm’s unique expression and the freshest hop character possible. Harvested in the morning and in our brewhouse by afternoon, these beers capture hops in their purest form. First up is Simcoe, known for its citrus grove and pine forest expression. We built a bold West Coast Double IPA base bursting with honeydew melon, ruby red grapefruit, and lime Jolly Rancher notes. Drink fresh — these vivid flavors fade quickly.
