At 5%, this juicy and soft Pale Ale carries a restrained bitterness and a subtle malt bill, allowing the hop combo to shine. Simcoe in the boil brings plenty of pithy citrus bitterness, while a dry hop of Citra, Sabro, and Simcoe layers in zesty grapefruit, ripe stone fruit, and a creamy coconut mouthfeel.
