Slow Country

Our newest take on the everlasting Pale Ale style comes by way of heavy-handed doses of both Idaho 7 and our always trusty Falconer’s Flight hop blend. Built upon a grist of pilsner and wheat malt, and fermented with an enthusiastically top cropping lager-like ale strain that lends both fruit forward esters and a push to the overall hop character of the beer.

We taste impressions of fresh cara-cara orange zest, melon, and dank tropical fruit. Finishing with a dry yet plush drinkability, you can just set back and slow it all down.
