Our Franconian-inspired Kellerbier, with an effortlessly session-able ABV. Comprised of a simple grain bill with a thoughtful noble-hop kettle treatment. After primary fermentation was complete, Little Hilltop was krausened and then lagered for an extended period to condition until we felt it was ready for optimal consumption.

We taste floral hop character, fresh country bread, rounded malt depth, with a pronounced bitterness.
