A tropical take on our classic American IPA; our pineapple IPA packs juicy fruit flavor with bold character. Brewed with loads of pineapple juice and aggressively hopped for big citrus notes.

Copper with a white top. Pineapple is the player here but it’s done in a way that it isn’t distracting. Lightly sweet pineapple and tropical notes, some toast and caramel. A very clean and reserved, yet noticeable pineapple makes this ultra refreshing. Really nice.

Total Wine Fairfax: pours clear copper with a nice off white head. Aroma is pine, pineapple, some citrus. Taste is somewhat bitter. Pineapple juice there but the bitterness seems to get the better of it. Grapefruit and the like also there. A solid IPA in all respects.

Pours nice orange with some usual moderate head. Aroma is crisply bitter but also has some fruits and yes, also some pineapple. Flavour is relatively dry, some herbal hops and some juicy fruits there as well. Dry finish, mainly bitterness there. Pretty good one, enjoying this.

On beer menu as evolution pine apple IPA. Tap at river city, wheeling; a free-bee because they had a problem with the taps & co2. Nice clear pale, big foamy head. Smells like a typical ipa wit a little pineapple in the nose. First taste is stronger apa with just a tad of pineapple. Not sweet, well balanced, the pineapple attribute does not get in yer face. Better than most pineapple beers. Not bad considering I dislike IPAs, so I guess its a little more mild than many.

12 ounce bottle. Amber orange pour is topped by a large foamy beige head. Toasted malt nose has a pronounced pineapple juice note. First sip hints at toasted malt and spicy hops. Notes of pineapple and citrus rule the roost. Finishes dry and peppery with a crisp brief aftertaste.

Draft at Owen's Ordinary, 11/20/16. Clear golden-amber pour. Lots of pineapple juice and some other fruit on the aroma. The flavor gets more of a pale malt note along with the pineapple, grapefruit, and pine. Nice stuff.
