Caviar is salty. Great artisan cheese is funky. Sea Island cotton wrinkles.
Farmhouse ales come in green bottles.
Embrace it. Enjoy it.
Our house yeast along with open fermentation and resident ‘Free Range Tarpon Springs Brettanaomyces’ add to the complexity of this ale.”

This is it. This is great. Sweet blooms of orange. The honey is sweet but not overpowering.

Draft at Churchkey. Chillhazy very pale yellow color, big fluffy white head with good retention and solid lacing. Very floral and delicate perfume aroma. Taste has rose water, herbs, straw, subtle summer fruit, dry finish. I love the low abv, very easy drinking summer beer. Delicious. My 1000th saison rating.
