Barleywine brewed with our friends Magnanimous Brewing and aged for 22 months in Jack Daniels Maple Wood barrels. We tasted through these barrels with Charlie and Mike and decided to really lean into the flavors we were picking up. We conditioned this variant on a boat load of Wild Thai bananas and maple syrup and got rich decadent results.
