Medianoche Nieve translates to "Midnight Snow" in English and was crafted to be enjoyed by the fireplace, wrapped up in a warm blanket. This imperial stout was aged 29 to 33 months in barrels that previously held 10-year-old Blanton’s bourbon, 10-year-old Buffalo Trace bourbon, and 14-year-old Wild Turkey Rare Breed bourbon. After aging, we finished the blend with both raw and toasted coconut, Madagascar vanilla beans, and marshmallows. So, get cozy… it’s time to indulge in some Midnight Snow.
