Marionberry has a tart/earthy profile with traces of sweetness. Typically, they are larger and sweeter than the blackberry. Due to it's flavor complexity, it's been marketed as the "Cabernet of Blackberries."

We used six pounds of hand picked PNW Marionberry per gallon and paired it with a unique blend of three honeys (wildflower, blueberry blossom, and raspberry blossom) to create this divine liquid. We transferred and aged this mead on organic graham cracker and a healthy dose of Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla beans.
