(bottle) Slightly hazy, amber to copper colour with a medium-sized off-white foamy head. Fruity hoppy aroma with notes of grapefruit, mango, pineapples, as well as a strong touch of onions. Mildly bitter flavour, medium to full bodied with a soft carbonation. Dry and soft cara-malty base with mainly fruity and lighter resiny hops, again with strong onion flavours; fruity hoppy and mildly bitter finish with an almost muted alcoholic strength. Nice but the onion character is a bit too obvious for my liking. 02.IV.17

Bottle, kindly shared by Gerhard Schoolmann. Red Amber, golden foam. Light catty Dank aroma, metallic, orange peel. Medium body, sticky mellow, somewhat sweaty, animalic, fermented orange peel finish.

Tolles Kupfer im Glas, schöner Schaum. Sehr fruchtige Nase, Zitrus, Mango.

On tap at bierol brewing. Pours out a amber copper topped with a sand head. Nose is nice big dank hops pine and caramel malt sweetness. Taste is more of the nice layers of hops and a caramel malt sweetness.

Amber with little white head. Aroma is sweatsocks, lychee, peach, funky hops, exotic fruit, onion. Taste is surprisingly sweet and well balanced with bitterness. Still spiky and not so drinkable. Well...

Bottle. Hazy orange color with small tan ring. Aroma is dank hops, grapes, tropical fruits, cheesy, onion, petroleum. Taste is caramel, dank hops, petroleum again. Well-done for this strength, but a bit oniony.

From bottle at BKL München 2017, shared by SinH4, thanks!
Deep amber body, with a medium, creamy, lacing, off-white head.
Aroma of grapefruit, onion, peach, orange, biscuit.
Tastes quite similar, but with less onion and more biscuit.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes bitter, a bit dry, zesty, a bit yeasty, a bit fruity.

Nice one, while nothing special. Too much onion in the nose for me, while the taste is quite sweet. Still a quite nice DIPA.
