Cask at the source. Clearish pale yellow color, fizzy. Aroma of dusty apple skins and light tannins. Taste has earthy apple, lemon, vanilla, dry tannic finish. Very tasty

Tons of apple skin funk, I dig it. Incredible apple nose. Wish for more cider and spon fun in the future.
