Our fourth expedition into the deepest and darkest recesses of craft beer continues with our release of 412 Scytale. After completing its primary fermentation, the Brewmaster sealed un-aged imperial stout into freshly-emptied bourbon barrels. There, it matured and grew in complexity as the charred
oak imbued the pitch black elixir with layer upon layer of decadent features. Wrap your head around each nuance as you uncover aromas of dark stone fruits, spice, and vanilla alongside sweet tastes of bready biscuit, fig, honey, oak, and
roasted chocolate until it finishes with a lingering caramel and bourbon on the palate.
