Bottle. Pours a clear light gold with a fluffy white head that lasts throughout the beer and laces. Aroma has lots of funk with some sweet grains, flora and a bit of sweet citrus underlying. Flavor has lots of flora and funk with some light fruits, citrus and a grain backbone.

375 ml bottle into tulip glass; no bottle dating, but is a recent release. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy golden straw color with a 2-3 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Spotty foamy lacing clings around the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of lemon, pear, apple, melon, peach, white grape, peppercorn, wheat, cracker, spicy rye, herbal, straw, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast and moderate bready malt notes; with good strength. Taste of big lemon, pear, apple, melon, peach, white grape, peppercorn, wheat, cracker, spicy rye, herbal, straw, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Moderate herbal/peppery yeast spiciness and slight tartness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, pear, apple, melon, peach, white grape, peppercorn, wheat, cracker, spicy rye, hay, straw, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a short bit. Damn nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast and moderate bready malt flavors; with a great malt/spiciness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Moderate dryness from carbonation and yeast spiciness as well. High carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, crisp, and lightly creamy/bready/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is awesome. Alcohol is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected of 5.1%. Overall this this is an excellent Brett saison style. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast and moderate bready malt flavors; and very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink. A very enjoyable offering.
