Laid to rest in freshly dumped bourbon barrels for a year transforms this beer into a superbly balanced and gratifyingly lavish strong ale. Complex and nuanced, boasting bourbon saturated vanilla, perfectly toasted marshmallows, rich almond liqueur, English toffee candy, lightly toasted coconut, and a lingering sense of hedonism.
