Lavandula Juniperus Gose

Draft - Caramel, herbal and salty notes. Clearish copper with a rich beige head. Sweet caramel and herbal notes and a creamy light salty finish. Lots of caramel which is unusual.

Draft - reddish Amber white head - nose and taste of juniper, coriander, sea salt, sour wheat - medium body ---200th gose

Draft. Hazy amber color, medium white head. Aroma of light spice. Taste is earthy spice. Not bad.

Rare and exciting stuff!
Clear deep ehhh amberish golden color with a creamy and thick off white head. Nice lacing down the glass. God intensity in the aroma. Medium (+) body and an average to soft carbonation. A bit sweet and a moderate bitterness. Oily texture. Strand and complex stuff. Oranges, fruity, spruce and some spices in the flavor.

Huge thanks to Bayerischer Bahnhof for that bottle. Looks simple but really good. Beer in the glass amber/copper coloured, small nice head. Wonderful spicy aroma, mild sweetish. Starts mild, more and more malty and fine spicy, very interesting notes of different herbs and spices, some sorrel. Also fruity hints of some berries. Mild sourish background in perfect harmony with the spicy character of this beer. Well balanced finish, quite spicy, mild salty hints. Quite drinkable beer. Awesome! Wish I had a barrel of this to drink this every winter night!
