This blend of barrel-aged golden sour beers was fermented with a mixed culture and refermented with blackberries, lavender and lemon zest. Inspired by blackberry lavender lemonade, this beer bursts with bold blackberry flavors, tart lemon and a sweetness and floral character from the lavender.

Hints of an old fashioned, hints of rind and plenty of lavender on the nose. Let it air out a bit but damn that's still lots of lavender and not enough berry.
