The very first batch of beer we brewed at Forgotten Road Ales, a Barrel Aged Mixed Culture Ale with Strawberries!
Just as the Yellow Footprints start the journey for all those who wish to become Marines, the brewing of our very first batch of beer as a brewery started our journey here, and made our dream a reality. Yellow Footprints is the first batch of beer we brewed at Forgotten Road Ales. It rested for 14 months in our first barrel filled. We took this unblended beer and aged it on local strawberries for 3 months, then moving it to bottles for conditioning.
