It's back, feeling more refined and dialed in than ever. For 2024 we took our Dark, English-Style Barleywine and aged in a blend of Heaven Hill and George Dickel bourbon casks for 25 months. Brewed with a robust base malt and a mix of crystal malts, oats, and a bit of bitterless black malt, this year's flavor profile is caramel candies, English toffee, and Hawaiian rolls, with distinct whiskey heat. It's exactly what we look forward to every Fall with this release - we hope you enjoy it.

Vintage 2024. On tap at Phase Three - Lake Zurich, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is extremely rich, with dark sugars, sticky toffee, and lush bourbon barrels. Flavour is extremely rich and complex, with tons of sticky dark sugars, bourbon, vanillin, and toffee. The barrels are impeccably used and the contents impeccably blended. Rich, elegant, and complex. World-class BA barleywine really.

Rated at The Side Project Cellar. Nicely balanced and complex barley wine with loads of maltiness and barrel notes
