By definition, anhydrous compounds are those that are comprised without water. Concord grapes hold a special place in our hearts - as the major growing areas for these jammy little gems is located in the Finger Lakes area of Upstate NY (just over an hour from our hometown).

Orange blossom honey was combined with organic concord grape juice and NY farm fresh concord grape skins resulting in the highest pre-fermentation sugar content we've ever attempted. The yeast selection amplified fruit flavors, vanilla, and subtle spice. To further enhance these flavors derived from fermentation we used a huge amount of Tahitian vanilla beans.

We prefer this with just under room temp. Enjoy now or let age at cellar temps for up to 10 years.
