To celebrate two years of beer, we decided to make another big flavored stout in the fashion of what is becoming a tradition for the occasion. For this year’s version we decided to go with a theme of some seasonal holiday treats, specifically Marshmallow Peeps and Chocolate Bunnies. We whipped up a big pastry style milk stout and hit it with real Chocolate Bunnies, Marshmallow Peeps, Dutch Process Cocoa, and Marshmallow. It’s rich, decadent, sweet, and tastes as described, especially as it warms.
